Our shipments
We provide complimentary worldwide shipping from our quality control department directly to our customers.
Typically, it takes 2-5 days for preparation, including quality checks, and shipping requires approximately 7-14 working days for delivery, inclusive of customs clearance. We strive to ensure prompt delivery.
Shipments are handled by reputable carriers such as DHL, Royal Mail, FedEx, etc., and tracking numbers will be provided by our customer service team via email.
NOTE:
- During public holidays (e.g., Christmas, Easter), delays may occur. Additionally, delays of up to 30 days may result from product quality control or remote shipments. For further information, please contact customer service.
Refund Policy
SNKRFAM is committed to offering high-quality products at fair prices. We conduct quality checks in our laboratory before shipping. If a product arrives with quality issues, customers can request a refund within 7 days of delivery upon identifying the defects. Please contact customer service, providing photos of the issues and reasons for the refund request. We are here to assist you throughout the process.
NOTE:
- Customers can return products to the shipping address provided by our customer service team and cover shipping costs and VAT, except for quality issues caused by us.- Refund or exchange requests can be made once proof of return shipment is sent and confirmed.
- Refunds or exchanges are possible if the size or model received does not match the order.
- If you are unsure about your size, please contact us to measure the insole length for confirmation before shipping. Otherwise, refunds will not be accepted for ordering the wrong size.
